DocumagineerTM is a private documentation consultancy established by Bill Graham to provide clients with advice on organizing and executing effective content and knowledge management strategies.
Our mission is to assist companies and individuals in developing technical documentation strategies that improveĀ results for their clients.
Our vision is to promote and foster improved outcomes with responsive technical and business content strategies.
We exists to make a profit, but our primary interest in doing so is helping companies and individuals improve their documentation practices. Whether it involves improved targeting, better content management, or greater agility with a strategic information plan, DocumagineerTM is ready to assist.
Companies sometimes serve as original equipment manafacturers (OEMs) and agree to let other companies sell their products. In this setup, the OEM's partners may insist on their own branding, model names, and the like. When it comes to end-user documentation, particularly for large manuals in a traditional word processor, this situation can present what some may perceive as a daunting challenge.
For DocumagineerTM, however, the challenge is not only not insurmountable, but relatively easy to overcome even if the client insists on using a traditional word processor. With the right setup, the click of one button can switch the branding and model names throughout and entire document. Whether using a high-end content management tool or a traditional word processor, there is a way around this issue. It does not have to become a bottleneck.
