Since we live in a digital world, our primary delivery platform is online. In certain situations, DocumagineerTM may consider assisting clients on location. We can also work with clients to access and provide information through virtual private networks (VPNs) along with synchronized file sharing and version control. Finally, DocumagineerTM collaborates through live and recorded presentations by putting teleconferencing and video capture technologies to good use.
Query-driven documentation
Many companies store their design documents in Excel documents and other database types. The problem is getting the design data out of these repositories of information into the end-user documentation.
