Initiate a discussion with DocumagineerTM

Currently, the only way to initiate contact with DocumagineerTM is to send an email inquiry. We have a dedicated email account for receiving first-time email requests for information. How you send your email inquiry depends on the device you're using. See the sections below for device-specific instructions.

Note: The steps below include a specified subject line for your email inquiry. DocumagineerTM may still review your request if you do not include this subject line in your email inquiry, but including it helps us verify the authenticity of your request, thus ensuring a response.

Computers and laptops

Follow these steps to initiate a conversation if you're using a PC, Mac, or laptop:

  1. With your pointing device, select the following phrase: Exploratory Inquiry.
  2. On your keyboard, press Ctrl+C if you're using a Windows machine or CMD+C if you're using a Mac. Your computer should copy the phrase into its clipboard.
  3. Click the following link: Inquire.
  4. Place your pointing device in the Subject line of your email.
  5. On your keyboard, press Ctrl+V if you're using a Windows machine or CMD+V if you're using a Mac. The phrase, Exploratory Inquiry should appear in the Subject line of your email.
  6. Include a brief description of your request for information and your email signature in the body of your email.
  7. Send your inquiry.

Mobile devices

Follow these steps to initiate a conversation if you're using a touch-tablet or mobile device:

  1. Tap and hold the following phrase until you see selection bars: Exploratory Inquiry.
  2. Drag the selection bars from the beginning to the end of the phrase. A menu of options should appear on your screen.
  3. Select Copy.
  4. Click the following link: Inquire.
  5. Tap and hold inside the Subject line of your email. A menu of options should appear on your screen.
  6. Select Paste.
  7. Include a brief description of your request for information and your email signature in the body of your email.
  8. Send your inquiry.
